all i see is you

One of the gifts I got from my brother (he gave me a red U3 usb smart drive too!! Bless his heart!!) is Kylie's latest album, Kylie X.

I have to admit that I wasn't so excited about that album since I saw a crappy video of "Two Hearts", the album's first release at youtube and found myself extremely disappointed.

The album was supposed to be called "Magnetic Electric" but was re-titled to a forgettable "Kylie-X". Most people would not think it's a new album at all, which was launched just this December.

The songs are not that strong, I have to say. Although it is more "electric" than it is "pop", i couldn't find myself singing praises.

But there was ONE, singularly good song in that lot. When I heard "All I See Is You", it made me smile. She was back to her dance-y, happy feel in this one. The first few lines would actually make you move a little. Halfway through the song, you'll be dancing in your head. And when it's done, you surprisingly will remember and be humming the lyrics. Though it is semi-infused with an R&B beat, Kylie's quaint little sweet voice, gives it the electronica feel and it really is simply put -- is a happy, happy song.  Please have a listen at my music corner under K's lovemix. Maybe I like this song not just because of the beat or that it's from Kylie. Maybe it has a lot to do with those four words.."all i see is you". When I think about it, that's probably why it takes a lot of effort for me to wake up and get a hold on things. When you're in love, all you see is one thing.  You have to count on your friends to see the rest of the picture. Here I am, more than a year later, and am still seeing that one thing. Somebody should slap me silly..Hahaha.. I'm sure many, many of you tried already, at this point still there's no guarantee i'll wake up..
