Auf geht's, Deutschland!

The 2010 World Cup is about to end. I'll watch the finals in 30 minutes.
I've been following my team until they got beat by Spain in the semis.
Muller was surely missed in that match, I'm disappointed that the boys played lost and afraid, lacking a leader.

I watched the game vs Uruguay in complete gear. I got the shirt last weekend, and I got the cap from a German friend. I was looking for a No. 7 Adidas jersey. My favorite has always been Bastian Schweinsteiger. I saw him in 2006, and just got hooked on the name I guess. Overall he's a great midfielder, he plays for the team and he's got that charisma. I hope I get the jersey soon.

Uruguayan Diego Forlan was all-class too. He's the coolest dude on the field. And the third place game was not at all boring. His last free kick almost tied the game.

I'm glad of the 3rd place finish for Germany though. They played spectacularly well in the whole tournament, especially against England and Argentina. They're a talented club, a relatively young group, and may I say, not at all bad-looking. I love Mesut Ozil too. My one said that Toni Kroos looks like Barbie's Ken. Haha. Muller and Klose did their jobs too. When they play well, they really play well. I hope they do better in 2014. I'm surely going to miss watching the games.

As for the finals, everybody expects Spain to win. Even Paul the psychic octopus.
Deep down though I know they are the stronger team, I am secretly cheering on the Dutch, just so that the Germans can be avenged.
